Walk-Ins
If there is an opening in the schedule, you will be seen as soon as possible. If the schedule is full your problem will be evaluated by the Nurse Practioner who will determine if you can return to the clinic as a scheduled appointment or if you need to be seen immediately. Your options will be explained to you.

Prescriptions and Refills
Just as we cannot treat illness over the phone, we cannot prescribe medication over the phone. Prescriptions refills will only be considered for our established patients.

Fees and Payments
Charges are based on a sliding fee scale depending on household income and family size for patients who have no medical insurance. The minimum at each visit (sliding fee) $20.00 min. - $45.00 and we will bill private insurance carriers. All balances remain the responsiblity of the patients.

Patients on Medicare or Medicade are welcome. Individuals on public assistance should bring a current coupon at the time of their visit. The minimum fee does not apply to patients on public assistance.

The following are services which are NOT included in the sliding scale fee: cultures, pap smears, x-rays, specialist visits, emergency, room visits, pharmacy prescriptions, and any other service referred out. Should any of these be performed, the patient is responsible for the payment.
