Counseling for parents and children facing a variety of challenges. Services provided at ECCC site by appointment only.


Community Computer Center
A neighborhood based learning center providing computer instruction, Internet Access, and open time for community use of computer equipment for a nominal fee. The Computer Center is also available for organizations to rent for training puposes. Effective Black Parenting Classes
A program aimed at decreasing dysfuntional families in the community by a providing parenting class sensitive to the unique history, values and life circumstances of Black Americans.

Primary Care Medical Clinic
Medical care at affordable prices for area residents. Staff is composed of licensed physicians, certified nurse practitioners and medical students who provide primary medical care. Patients whose medical conditions require more comprehensive care are referred to other appropriate sources. Clinic hours Tuesday & Thursday/8:00Am-5:00PM

Senior Center
